By default, Active Directory supports the DirSync mode of delta aggregation which is based on DirSync feature of Active Directory.

Create a task with delta aggregation flag set for Account Aggregation.

In ISC, there is no creating a task feature, is this correct step?

Yes, you’re right that in ISC, there is no such delta aggregation flag in the account aggregation task and all the mentioned steps in this page needs to be corrected in the documentation.
