Understand users would get thrown above attached error when there is slowness in the system. They do get this error when they are changing their password and experience slowness even thought their request went through and is successful. Would like to check if anyone knows if this can be customised to look “less serious“ as this red error box is very generic and misleading at times.
If you want, you can customize the message. You have to update the message.properties file, which is located in the classes folder. You can obtain the key from identityiq.jar.
The better solution is to go with a plugin, please share the complete page screenshot, and tell me what you want to show, instead of this message. i can help you achieve this with the use of a plugin.
