Create Multiple provisioning plan from a provisioning plan

Hi Team,
We have integrated ServiceNow Service Desk Service Request in SailPoint IdentityNow for disconnected sources. We are generating REQ request for provisioning and deprovisioning and also mapping IDN with REQ ticket status.
In Leaver scenario, when an identity in deprovisioned lifecycle state then IDN raise a REQ type ticket for the disconnected sources. If identity have access to 4 different disconnected sources, 4 RITM tickets are created for the same REQ request.

Now, we are looking for creating separate Provisioning plan for every source. I have few questions regarding this -

  1. Can we create separate provisioning plan for all the disconnect source the identity has access?
  2. Or, can we split the existing provisioning plan to multiple provisioning plan and send it for provisioning?
  3. Or is there any way to make the REQ separate for all the sources in leaver scenario?
