When configuring the Web Services application, map the schema attribute as follows for JSON and XML.

nowhere in the config examples does it list how to configure Sailpoint for the type of XML output that Example 2 is:

All the examples listed in the link above are tailored to Example 1. There is nothing showing how to configure the response for Example 2.

If we could simply get an example of how to configure the SaaS Connector for the Example 2, that would be very helpful.
