I have a simple question: How can I change the default Self-service Registration Form workflow, to include and othe conditions?

First, you can define a new workflow and configure it in the Lifecycle Manager:

Secondly, you can modify the default LCM Registration workflow and form.

Or you can modify directly the form: Self-service Registration Form
