Does anyone have a thought on how to certify users in a source that have no entitlements on the source but still have an active account? WE have a request to figure away include these users in the certification in ISC

As per my knowledge, you can only certify access items and not the accounts. I might be wrong, someone can correct me.
I am trying to understand this scenario. If user doesn’t have any access items then they really can’t do anything, right? It’s as good as not having an account at all.
@zeel_sinojia Yes you are correct without user having access it is not recommended or not possible to revoke the account through certifications.
100 percent agree but needed a 3rd party answer per my management.
