Certification creation for SFDC connector with elevated flag is failing

Hi,

We are facing an issue during the certification creation. When selecting the elevated access as true for all the apps and stage it, one particular application entitlements (SFDC-connected) not pulled for the certification. rest is good. Anyone faced this issue for the SFDC connector.

We did not encounter any issues until conditions were added to exclude the entitlement from certification. Please review the existing certification rules to identify any conditions that might exclude the entitlement, such as CertificationItemCustomization, Exclusion Rules…etc.

Is this not pulled for all the accounts or just few accounts ? generally this issue occur if the identity is not refresed with required options .

Thanks Vishal for your comments. All the identities refresh one time as wanted to check whether refresh helps. No entitlements included in the certification for the given application.

I would say just refresh one identity with this entitlement and see if this shows up

if not working then have you written any exclusion rule to exclude certain entitlement which meet some criteria ?
