Cancel the pending request

Im not able to cancel the pending requests & i see that option is greyed out, i tried using api and getting 400.2 as a error code. Is there any alternative/Sailpoint suppport will be able to cancel it?

If you are an admin, you should be able to do it from UI :
IdentityNow Admin UI > Access > Requests > Pending tab

If you want to use API to do it:

You can use API to cancel a request:

If that cancel doesn’t work, try to close the request instead:

My case is im able to cancel almost every request but few are just stuck in pending for almost 60 days which im facing the issue in both UI & API. I havent explored close access request option yet do you have any idea on what scenario this could happen?

You can try using the “Retry” or “Reassign” options depending on the stage of the request.
If none of these work, your best alternative is to raise a ticket with SailPoint Support to force-cancel or investigate further.
They have backend access to resolve stuck or orphaned requests.
