Can we send the sailpoint attributes to SNOW portal throgh SERVICE DESK integaration in Sailpoint isc

Hey guys,

Client wants some Sailpoint attributes to be shown on SNOW portal when we search the request id (RITM) in SNow. Is it possible from Sailpoint SD configuration?? I am guessing only SNOW developer can work on it??

Please help!!
