Can we create Custom buttons in sailpoint iiq

Requirement:
I have created a entitlement management form where it will takes the application data and entitlement data from forms. But my client requirement is to add create more entitlement button in that page where it will takes to another form to get entitlement data. Is it possible ?

Entilement 1 form (by clicking on add more entitlment button)---->Entitlement 2 form(Now to pass data to workflow I need both ent 1 and ent 2 form data).

Yes. One workflow is sufficient read this document , use send, return variables . you can also Model object.
