One of the statuses is ‘User Removed’ and I have no clue on what it is used for. I guessed may be the reviewer when removed from the source will show this status as he is ‘not present’ to review the certification, but its not that - I have checked. The Sailpoint ISC documentation haven’t got any leads too. So anybody got a clue?
I believe this is for when an Identity is removed between the certification start and now.
The certification start is a point in time reference as to access. If an Identity no longer exists or is archived after the start of the certification, I believe this is where you can filter out these events or include them.
To validate this, you should be able to find the line item for the user removed and confirm by searching on them in the UI.
Yeah. So I did the following two but none of them gave the answer.
-
I created a campaign with a reviewer and when it is in Saved state I deleted the reviewer. Which gave me the “Reviewer : User Not Found” status in the certifications campaign page.

I created a campaign for an identity and when it was in the saved state, I deleted the identity (its account in the source). But even then the status of the campaign reviewer is ‘Not Started’.
Maybe it is some other option which is not discovered yet.
Hi, User Removed are the Reviewers whose identities no longer exists on SailPoint ISC.
You can validate it by creating a certification campaign and start the campaign keep the campaign active and make one of the reviewers as Leaver and wait for his identity to get deleted from SailPoint ISC, once the reviewer identity no longer exists on SailPoint ISC try to apply user removed filter.
