Can reassignment of certifications by reviewers be disabled ? If not, what can be possible alternatives to achieve this?

There is a requirement to disable the reassignment feature from certification campaigns for reviewers/managers. As per my understanding this cannot be achieved as SailPoint does not provides OOTB functionality to support this. Is there any alternative option which can be used for this requirement?

You are correct that there is no options available to disable that option but you can use search query as below to identify all reassignment and provide a report to admins to take necessary action.
