Campaign Filter used for campaign still showing deleted Entitlements

Hi Experts,

We have campaign filter created for people having identity attribute display name ending with (xyz), when we try to create campaign, campaign status report still shows entitlement from old sources which were deleted in cleanup project. I have tried re-creating campaigns but no luck!

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Can you check if you are still seeing entitlements from those old sources that you have deleted under Access Model → entitlements tab?

Hi Sunny,

Deleted entitlement were not visible under Access Model → entitlements tab however, it looks like we had some entitlement coming over in campaign from same type of connector e.g, ServiceNow, EntraID. Once we removed those entitlement and after sometime created campaign again, this resolved our issue.
