Hi, We are using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) integrated with ServiceNow via ServiceDesk Integration. Currently, ServiceNow tickets are being generated for all provisioning activities. Our requirement is to skip or avoid ServiceNow ticket creation for all provisioning activities except revocation.
