Hi Torry,
For the first part your goal is to automatically create an account when a user is in the lifecycle “Active”.
To do so, go to your Identity Profile > “Active” > then add your Source Name in the “Enable Accounts” panel
Everytime an identity goes to the “Active” lifecycle state, it will create the account on the source you added.
Now we need to add the Entitlement1 by default in an account creation.
Go to your source configuration > Account Management > Create Account
- Add a mapping with the name of your entitlement
- Set the value as Static
- Set the value you want (ie: entitlement1)
