@manikandaprabhu_cg : Please make sure your SailPoint Instance should be able to communicate to Microsoft services like login.microsoftonline.com and graph api’s.
I have integrated Azure AD connector in past and allowed the connection via proxy.
Support Doc :
You are use Curl command to check the connectivity
For Ex:
curl -v -I https://login.microsoftonline.com
Hi and Hello @manikandaprabhu_cg ,
1.You can also check the network connection using these commands on the port:
ping login.microsoftonline.com
telnet login.microsoftonline.com 443
2.Firewall and Proxy Settings: Make sure your network’s firewall or proxy settings are not blocking access to login.microsoftonline.com. You may need to add these IP addresses to your allow list.
3.Validity of Credentials.
Regards,
Adam
It looks like your network requires outgoing http and https traffic to go via proxy.
Did you configure
-Dhttp.proxyHost
-Dhttp.proxyPort
-Dhttps.proxyHost
-Dhttps.proxyPort
??
