Azure AD Account Aggregation issue

@naveendobhal115 ,

I think there’s a problem with your user filter only, You should get in touch with your Azure AD admin for this one.

To be on the safer side, Try using the default account object type schema but remove the following attributes from it, and retain the rest.

  • riskLevel
  • riskState
  • riskDetail

Let us know how it goes

I have removed os of the attributes, kept only required attributes, please check above screenshot

I have the admin access to azure portal. What needs to be checked at Ad end??

Yes, I saw that Naveen, could you try retaining all the default schema attributes rather than just the required attributes, only delete the mentioned schema attributes.

Thos attributes were not there, I have removed unwanted attributes, and still same error.

Group preview and aggregation works fine, only issue with account aggregation.

Hi All,

Can you please suggest?? as still having issue with account aggregation. Azure ad Team has mentioned that they gave all the necessary permission required.

We are facing similar issue, the account and servicePrinciple preview gives error, but group preview works fine. I have already tried everything mentioned here.
Can someone please suggest. Thank you

Hi @rpriya ,

is your issue resolved or still stuck?? Beacuse i have tried everything and still getting the error.

Hi @naveendobhal115,

No, its still the same all the permissions are there in Azure, I tried creating a new application as well but no luck.

Can someone please assist, if they found the same error??

Hi @naveendobhal115,

FYI, Azure aggregation issue is resolved now, the Azure APIs were blocked on firewall.

Hi @rpriya ,

Thanks for the suggestion, I checked with my aws team, they did some changes in inbound and outbond forwarding, and post that, my accound aggregartion has also started working.
