Authentication type for the API to Change User's Account Password

I am referring to the information in following page

which says

, but not able to figure out how to authenticate the call using this “API Authority” to change another user’s account password.

If anyone knows where to look for more info, that will be of great help!!

hey @iamnithesh i think it meant that anyone with scop:all can execute a change in password using the RSA encrypter. If we send in plain text he does not accept i think.
