We have configured an attribute synchrnoization through Event and a workflow. Workflow has a refresh identity step with synchronizeAttributes true. When the title is changed, event is getting triggered, but the values are not getting updated in the target. In access request it is in executing state , but not completing. Any help would be appreciated.
What type of connector are you using for the target source? Make sure you have the operation for updating an attribute value in the target configured and functional.
did you try performing the task āPerform Identity Request Maintenanceā?
@himabindu306 do u see any provisioning logs when you have title change ? try to simply run refresh with sync attribute for that identity to see if that works.
also please share the title entry from identity Object Config. may be some entry missing here.
