Attribute sync is not working between sailpoint ISC and Active Directory

Hi Team,

There is a rehire user in UKG(authoritative source) and for that user we are trying to sync the managerDN,startdate,terminationdate,department attribute values from Sailpoint to Active Directory.but these when syncing throwing an error saying modify account failed.IQserver didn’t willing to process this request" but for other rehires all these attribute values are updated successfully without any issues.For the current user the extensionattribute4 value from the Active Directory is different from the startdate attribute from Sailpoint.Please help me in understanding why the modify event failed.

I would suggest you review the IQService logs to verify which values are being passed for this user. If the account modification is failing, it may be due to an invalid or null value.

Hi @srilakshmigonuguntla, basically account modification fails when there is some incorrect value being passed eg: value for attribute doesn’t exist, setting incorrect value for the attribute, wrong syntax of value etc. Can refer logs for same.

@sgonuguntla please review the CCG and IQ service logs with trace enabled and let us know if you find something

check the values you have assigned for the attributes. And also the syntax value
