Is there a way to Assign a certification campaign to a governance group based on Access Profiles (or even and Access Profile owner)?
For example, 100 Okta groups are assigned to around 90 Access Profiles and we want each Governance Group member to be assigned the certification task. Is there a way to do this through the API? I don’t see a way to do that through the UI.
The ability to assign certification campaigns to governance groups will be available in the UI on Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 for sandbox orgs, and Wednesday, December 15th, 2021 for production orgs.
Here are the directions to follow when the feature is released:
When creating a new Certification campaign via Search, in addition to the options of the Manager and Individual in the reviewer selection step, Cert Admins will be able to select a third option: Governance Group.
We leveraged our existing Governance Group functionality (documentation here), in which an Admin can create the desired group of reviewers. Then in the step above, the Cert Admin can select the desired Governance Group for that particular Certification campaign.
