Is there a way to enable an alert (email notification) in ARM for transactions and access provisioning events that occur outside of ARM, such as native changes flag in ISC or IIQ?
@Luan - Not directly from ARM (the right architecture, not a gap). Detection of out-of-band changes happens where the aggregation happens (ISC or IIQ), so the alert should originate there. Both platforms have a first class feature for precisely this, and both can email it natively. ARM’s alerting is scoped to its own SAP risk domain and it is not an event bus for ISC/IIQ provisioning activity.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I was referring specifically to SAP accesses managed by ARM. I understand the limitations regarding the solution’s alerting capabilities.
