Hi Experts,

It is known that a certification can be configured to archive after a specific number of days, and the object becomes visible in debug mode under “CertificationArchive”.

Is there any other way to retrieve archived certification information from the portal UI? Because the certification information no longer available in certification page after archived.

Result is not return as well using “Report” features, wonder is it because it is archived.

SailPoint doesn’t recommends to archive the certifications. recommended way “Caution: Certification archives are not recommended. Certification reports should be used to preserve certification information.”

Which means there is no way to retrieve particular certification information once the certification campaign is archived?

yes, you need to keep the report till date as per your requirement
