Approval going to some other Workgroup

Hi all,

We are encountering a scenario where the approval for a certain entitlement is going to some workgroup that is not set as the Owner of the Entitlement. The actual Workgroup that is the owner of the entitlement is empty and does not have any members.

Is there any reason for this?

Hi @rishavghoshacc - Does your LCM provisioning have a fallback approver set? What is the approval scheme for it?
