App name mismatch for Business Role

We have removed the existing application [App1-old] group and added new application [App1] which is having same group name as old application, it got updated and all the actions are working fine, but we observe that for Identity object is still shows old app name and from debug page the Role Assignment entry also shows the Old app name. Is there any task needs to be executed to update it. We have executed Identity refresh and Perform maintenance task.

Have you tried Refresh Entitlement Correlation task?

Is it must to select ‘Provision Assignments’ option in Refresh Entitlement Correlation task to reflect this change in role assignment id?
