API Rate Limiting during provisioning

Team,

IdentityNow has a locking mechanism when access is being provisioned. Due to the multi-layered aspect of our product, a hard 5-minute lock of the Identity Object is done so that the access requested can be provisioned successfully. Does this play hand in hand with API Rate limiting?

Hello @marvingrant1!

The API rate limiting does not take locking into account. API rate limiting is just a tool for us to limit and protect our infrastructure from excessive calls.
