AfterModify rule stopped triggering for attribute sync

Hi All,

The aftermodify rule suddenly stopped triggering on attributesync. I have checked the IQTrace logs also, nothing concerning there. Please help.

Also, please check if the rule is attached.

Yes, everything is good

I got this from IQTrace logs

“Failed to execute native after provisioning script.ScriptExecutor service is not available”

Can you check whether your IQService version is latest one (May 2025)? If so, please check whether your source is configured with TLS. Otherwise SailPoint will disable before and after script execution for non-TLS based configurations. This currently impacts the sandbox since May 8 and expecting the same in Prod around June 15th.

The IQService is on the latest version and even it is configured with TLS, still facing the issue in Sandbox as of now.

Also make sure the non-TLS port (5050) is removed from the IQService configuration.

Hey @suresh4iam,
Can you ping the link for this change from SailPoint, like where did you see it and what is the course of action to be taken?
We are seeing IQService-May-2025 version in our sandbox tenant.

Hey @udayputta, I’m not seeing any documentation released for May-2025 version. The latest I’m seeing is Feb-2025 New Capability: Integration Service (IQService-Feb-2025) is now LIVE! . I hope they may release it soon.

The information I got to know from CSM and we followed older document Configuring TLS and Client Authentication for IQService to implement it.

Hello Everyone, IQService-May-2025 version should be available in the Sandbox instance only and it will be released to production in early June '25 (tentatively). There will be an announcement once it is released.

As mentioned by @suresh4iam in the above comment, you must have received the information via your CSM along with separate notification.

In case, you have not enabled TLS for IQService, then please configure TLS for IQService and enable the TLS option for the sources which are configured to use IQService. Also ensure that the each IQService instance is only listening on TLS port and remove any non-TLS ports if configured.
