After SSO Authentication Deep Link is not working

  • Issue: Deep links for workitem Approval fail on first click due to SSO session handling
  • Impact: Poor user experience for approvers

Here also we are using deep link of work item : https://mylocal.sailpoint.com/workitem/commonWorkItem.jsf#/commonWorkItem/0aad020a980f145f81987dc745d92f93

After SSO authentication is completed user is redirected to
https://mylocal.sailpoint.com/identityiq/workitem/commonWorkItem.jsf” removing “[#/commonWorkItem/0aad020a980f145f81987dc745d92f93”]

After SSO authentication is completed in next click deep link appears.:

https://mylocal.sailpoint.com/identityiq/workitem/commonWorkItem.jsf#/commonWorkItem/0aad020a980f145f81987dc745d92f93

Is anyone aware of this issue? and how can we get it fixed?

Have you tried the redirect URL? You can try the below one in your email template.

http://mylocal.sailpoint.com/identityiq/ui/rest/redirect?rp1=/workitem/commonWorkItem.jsf&rp2=commonWorkItem/0aad020a980f145f81987dc745d92f93
