Hello, I am needing to add an entitlement (an AD security group) to a bunch of different IT Roles. Is there a quicker way to do this instead of going into each IT Role and adding manually? Say for instance, an entitlement needs to be added to 20 different IT Roles.

No easy ways, but it is possible to export roles as XML (clean export through IIQ console - export the named IT roles), add the entitlement via the XML, and then import the roles again (normal import from file).
However, importing the roles doesn’t modify the existing bundle objects, but overwrites the existing definitions, so you have to be very careful if doing this.
