Add Script (Exchange Powershell) on New User Onboarding

Hi Team,

The clients have the following requirement, and I need a PowerShell script to accomplish it. If anyone has experience with this type of script, could you kindly assist me?

Could you help us create a new script (Exchange Powershell) when a user is onboard. See below for the script:
enable-remotemailbox K.shewale@domain.com -remoteroutingaddress- K.shewale@domainname.mail.onmicrosoft.com

K.shewale will be the username, that will need to change depending on the username of the employee that gets onboard.
