Add request messages to Access Request Status report

The Errors and Warnings section at the bottom of an request is a “messages” field. Anyone know how to add this to the Access Request status report? Not sure if it can be retrieved since the data source is IdentityRequestItem and messages appears on the IdentityRequest Object.
