AD entitlement removal passed based on remove all access feature without service account permission

Hi All,

We have a requirement to change the primary group in AD on user account termination, so we have made another group as primary in AD the expectation is not to remove the Domain Users group from the user AD account as our service account is not having a permission to delete the “Domain Users group”. Can anyone please let me know if the entitlement will be removed irrespective of the service account permission if we enable remove all access feature in LCS?
