Active Directory Source debugging

I am attempting to setup a AD source. I have configured connection via VA, AD server, and Sailpoint. The source configuration displays “Healthy” after testing connection but when I attempt to Manually aggregate Ids the results state “Accounts Scanned 0” with no records inserted into the AD instance. There are no errors that I can find showing failures or any details. What am I missing?

It’s hard to say what you are missing without knowing how you configured it, and it probably isn’t a good idea to share all of your configuration information about your AD instance on this forum. Given the complexity of Active Directory, I highly recommend reaching out to support or expert services since they can login to your tenant and investigate further.
