The logs weren’t configurated properly, that’s why I haven’t seen the errors before 
.
After fixing the logs config, as you said, I’ve checked the logs and found that nothing except sAMAccountName doesn’t generate correctly.
As I see, the guy who was here before me and created those rules made everything okay, but some of the Attribute names and methods changed.
Probably, I’ll create the new Create Policy and use more simple scripts to generate values.
After that, I’ll test everything again and update this theme with the results. I think this will take some time
About the question:
I’ve tried to use both Business Role with the Rule and the Access Request, both gave the same result.
