On further investigation, it was found that the failing certification activations did not have due dates preconfigured. So unlike the previous time this was not a bug. A certification campaign cannot be activated via workflow or API without a valid due date.

Hi @sreeram Your most effective approach would be to engage actively with SailPoint Support, supplying them with all comprehensive diagnostic details. This will enable them to utilize their tools and internal access to thoroughly investigate service logs and pinpoint the regression’s root cause.
