This started a month back and we raised both a community post and Support ticket with SailPoint. The bug was identified and resolved in a couple of weeks by the engineering team.
However, we now are witnessing the same behavior again. We have noticed a intermittent trend in our PROD environment, where the action Activate Certification step is erroring out with 400 status.
We attempted to activate the certification campaign from POSTMAN. However that is also throwing 400 error.
We believe both the workflow step and the API have been affected.
