Access request in Pending state

Hello Mate,

Recently In Sandbox ISC the status of the access request is in pending status and it not getting complete even after the approval is completed. It is happening with all the access requests.

Kindly find the below screen shot

Hi @AllIT ,

Which source you are using ? Have you enable provisioning for the source ?

it indicates a breakdown from the approval engine to the provisioning engine.

Have you tested this via API? kindly validate if some errors shown then you can go from there.

With my experience on this, below could be the possible causes:-

  1. Source configuration is incorrect.

  2. Check if VA associated are correctly configured.

  3. If this is still the case, please close the request which is through API only. UI will not work:-
