Access request for others identity

Please consider addressing the following when creating your topic:

What have you tried? I am trying to request Access profile/entitlement for others identity.
What errors did you face (share screenshots)? I am not able to find the option to request for other identity. I have role available “identityNow Administrator”.
Share the details of your efforts (code / search query, workflow json etc.)?
What is the result you are getting and what were you expecting? I am looking option to request AP/entitlement for others identity. How we can request for others.

Have you enabled the option for “Enable Request On Behalf Of” to Everyone. This can be done in your ISC tenant using the following settings:

Admin → Global → System Settings → System Features
