We are facing this issue for a request we are placing against "salesforce Development " connector but it is referring to “SAP CPGRC web service” connector.
Request is getting completed (creating/updating user salesforce account) but at the requester end it is showing this error - contact helpdesk.
An unexpected error occurred: Unable to resolve id for application.Filters: Filter [1] == type != “Logical” Filter [2] == extended2 == “CPGRC Web Service” , Scope extensions: none defined, scope results [null],unscoped globally accessible [null],Ordering ==,Group by == ,Query [null],ResultLimit [-1],First Row [0],Distinct [false],Cache results [false],Flush before query [false]
@osmanmohammed I have to ask if the CPGRC is a reference to “ControlPanel GRC” (an alternative to SAP’s GRC monster)? I used to work for the company that built this.
i was in assumption that any request works based on source ID and not source name but
the step we taken before the error was we modified source name and it
errored out
but when we reset source name it got fixed.
