Access request approval notification wants to disable for particular source

Hello team,

Is there any API or source configuration available to disable the approval notification for a specific source? I would like to suppress these notifications only for certain sources while keeping them active for others.

Good day.

Kindly note that, at present, it may not be possible to disable notifications for a specific source. However, you may try disabling email notifications through the email template for Access Request approval and in workflow, you can configure notifications to be sent only for the desired sources, while ignoring others.

Like @suraj_gorle already mentioned, you can disable notifications through the email template.

Since there isn’t any attribute for the source in the email template, unfortunately, it can’t be disabled based on that alone, but if there’s anything in the attributes section of the link below that you think would be workable to filter on then it may work for you.

To disable the source, you just need to add the following keywords: #stop
