Access Profiles Effective Date

Hi All,

I dont see a option to set effective date or sunrise date on Access Profiles.

Will this feature be available soon?

Please advise.

Hey @gladstone_manganoori,

Currently SailPoint IDN doesn’t Sunrise/Sunset date similar to IIQ. However, there is already an Idea submitted for it.

Do vote the idea if you feel like this feature would be helpful.

Can we use a workflow to intercept the request and do a delayed provisioning?

Do we have an option in IDN?

We have Wait action in workflow, probably you can it to meet the requirement. You need to create a workflow with trigger as Access request decision and configure it to trigger once access request is approved and further you can use Wait action to wait for required time and then provsion the access to user.

You can try this if it works.

Either you can wait for 30 sec to 60 days or you can wait untill any future date.
