404 after refreshing plugin page

Hello,

We are getting 404 after we refresh the plugin page. Any idea what could be the reason

Can you please take a look at the sailpoint.log on the host and do you see any errors? Thanks.

There are a couple of things that might cause this issue. You might have multiple IIQ servers in your environment, and one of those servers may not have IIQ installed/deployed correctly. Or it may be an issue with your load-balancer.

You may wish to investigate the above, and if you are unable to resolve this, I suggest you consider filing a support ticket with the SailPoint Support team, as they will be able to dive into your specific system and unearth the issue causing this 404 error.

Thanks @jordan.violet , we investigated and found out URL was having / before ? whenever LB URL is refreshed.
