WS Connector: HTTP requests work from VA using curl, but not in tenant from UI

Quick question, do you have a proxy between the VA and target web service?

I have seen this where curl is successful but connection from ISC fails. Curl uses system proxy settings where connection through the VA uses proxy definitions via proxy.yaml
