Did you encounter this issue? How did you solve it?
I have created a simple workflow to send a couple of e-mails per hour to test another issue with ISC. The script is started hourly.
A lot of executions are stuck in “Running”. In the output of the executions I can’t see any difference between the running and completed ones.
SailPoint Support was not able to provide an answer yet.
In the mean time, all the executions there were “stuck” in running, are completely gone. They are not visible in the list and the execution CSV can not be downloaded anymore.
Is it normal that this information disappears? In my case were only some test e-mails, but other workflows can contain data relevant to audits.
This is a bug in Workflow module, This happened with me as well. The workflow will be stuck on running state even though that is completed. Raise a SailPoint ticket and they’ve fixed this.
