Workflow to Re-Validate Contractor (non-employee) Accounts

I’m trying to streamline a process for managers overseeing contractors under them, allowing them to either extend end dates or terminate accounts. My thought process involves using a workflow, but I haven’t found an option to enable this. Initially, I considered certification, but unlike IIQ, IDN lacks account-level certification.

I pondered creating a certification with a generic role/access profile for contractors, triggering a workflow based on certification decisions. However, the certification triggers don’t convey that information.

I’ve devised a workflow triggered by an attribute changing within 30 days of the contractor’s end date. It sends a form to the contractor’s manager for decisions. But emailing a form link for each contractor could mean over 100 emails for managers overseeing many contractors.

Another idea was a scheduled workflow where managers access a single form with sections for extension and termination. However, it only allows selection of up to 10 contractors.

I’m seeking input and options to optimize this process.

A couple of questions:
#1 Can a compilation of form links be sent in a single email?
#2 Can we increase the selectable limit from 10 to a higher number, say 250?

Hi Travis,
#1 Can a compilation of form links be sent in a single email?
I dobut this is currently supported in Forms
#2 Can we increase the selectable limit from 10 to a higher number, say 250?
I dobut this is currently supported in Forms
