Hi Team,
I could see there is a new option to select workflow under Approval Type in Role configuration. I tried to configure it and as per the “Access Request Submitted“ trigger we should be able to fetch the sod details but it is not fetching and reviewer is not able to see the violation disclaimer. Where as if we use traditional way of selecting the reviewer (Governance Group, Role owner or manager) the approver is able to see the violation disclaimer. Has anyone know why we are not able to see the violation disclaimer if we select workflow option?
We have requirement to do additional level of approval only if the approver approves the request even after the sod violation. Is there any other way we could achieve this?
