Workflow HTTP Operation 401 JWT Required

We found the issue. We needed to add the SailPoint IP addresses from https://files.accessiq.sailpoint.com/network/eu-central-1/source_ips.txt to our SailPoint tenant’s IP Allow list.

After add this allow ip list into your SailPoint tenant’s IP Allow list is they changed ?

This ip can change any time.

We want to configure the same think but we aware about that.

We have found them to be stable since our implementation about 6 months ago. We do have a job we run daily on-prem to monitor the IPs for a change, but then it would be a manual process for us to update accordingly.
