Workflow Error: "choice step error" with no further details

We noticed in Production that 3 workflows failed recently with the same error, which was “choice step error” which seems odd. No further information was given in the Error CSV when we downloaded them. The workflow has been running fine until these.

Here is what the error looks like in the CSV:

The only thing i notice is the completed step before is a form, but it is not the same form each time. I searched the DEV forum and there is no indication that this error has been seen before.

Unsure if it is related to the resolution for this and an error log left in:

Have you had successful runs since the runs with errors? Or is the issue ongoing?

I just followed up with the person who reported this to me and it has not occurred since. There have been 50+ successful executions since.

So I am guessing this was related to the issue that was referenced and likely resolved.

Note: No change wa made to fix this, it started working again. If someone else see this, create a new topic and reference this one.
