Workflow Create Certification Issue

Hi All,
I am currently working on a workflow which creates a certification as an action. Everything is working fine my only requirement is while providing the name for the certification i want that name to be a combination of some static value and variable. For example : Test Certification - $.trigger.identity.name

Kindly provide your inputs on this.

This got resolved you can add variables in value fields in the given format below:
Test Certification - {{$.trigger.identity.name}}
