We are encountering an issue with the Workday SaaS connector’s account filterString feature, which is intended to aggregate only specific accounts. However, it is currently aggregating all accounts, both those that match and those that don’t. Below is the filter string we are using:
I think the filterString does not work for SaaS connectors, already made some tests a while ago and unfortunately it didn’t work.
Usually some saas connectors have a filter configuration, but i think it depends if the target system support some kind of filter, take Google Workspace SaaS as an exemple:
@sushantkulkarni Yes, this is specific with workday SaaS connector. As per below documentation. I have configured filterString but it won’t work it aggregate all accounts.
I am looking to aggregate single worker to test aggregation. But as @fmunerato suggested I think workday SaaS connector won’t support filterString.
I haven’t tried yet eligibility criteria filter yet it needs some configuration at workday end * Integration System ID. Waiting for workday team to make this changes at their end.
For Workday Sass connector directly we can’t define the account filter like different Saas connector ie. Google etc…
But workday SaaS connector supports account aggregation filters using Organization Type and Eligibility Criteria . You can modify the filters per your requirements.
